'Ull de llebre' is Catalan for 'Rabbit eye'. It is a wonderfully drinkable red wine without star allures. Serve slightly chilled, like most Spanish wines, with a tasty Paella and it's party time.

This wine has been elaborated with grapes produced ecologically by the highest vines of the Bolet “domaine”, always situated over 350m of altitude and situated on gravel and dry lands. It ferment at 22-24ºC for 13 days in our stainless steel tanks, and stay 3-6 months in oak barrels.

Colour: Bright and intense garnet colour with some purple glints.

Aroma: High aromatic intensity, which reminds us of red fruits: blackberry, raspberry, strawberry and cherry.

Palate: Smooth and rounded. The elegant palate has silky tannins and notes of red berries (blueberry, blackberry and raspberry).
