Araboka offers surprising dishes, with respect for traditional preparations, always with the best quality and freshness. Every three months the restaurant changes its menu and introduces seasonal products. In addition, the chef has new suggestions every two days.

Good Spanish restaurant on the hill of Competa. You can sit outside with a very nice view or (in winter) inside. Make sure you make a booking before arriving. The restaurant is only open for dinner.

Simple Spanish restaurant with good food and a nice selection. But .... the terrace of the restaurant is really 2 m from the sea water! It is a very nice location. From the outside you wouldn't have recognized it and would have passed by without stopping. But give it a try and you will be pleased. They have no website and opening hours unknown.

In the heart of Competa at the church square are several restaurant with big terraces. The best is 'Paco'. It is a typical Spanish restaurant, serving a good dish and extensive menu. If you don't want to eat, go there for a drink. The little peaceful square has a lot of cruel history.

The restaurant serves delicious local game dishes from Spanish cuisine and home-baked bread for lunch. The evening is closed. There are 2 big outside covered terraces, limited space inside Take cash with you, cards and PIN payments are not yet possible.

Anyone who loves Caviar will undoubtedly have heard of Caviar Riofrio. The sturgeons, including the varieties Acipenser naccarii, Acipenser gueldenstaedtii (Osetra) and Huso huso (Beluga), are farmed in the best waters of Spain at a constant temperature between 14 and 15ºC. Very nice small breakfast and lunch restaurant at the beach of Benajarafe. They offer a nice menu card and also sell all sorts of icecream. We can specially recommend the sandwich Norueco with salmon (€9,50).

Finca Element is a B&B and offers, also for non-guests, a restaurant during the weekends. Easy going interior and nice terrace and excellent, very tasteful Asian food. You order 3-4 different dishes for a meal. Easy to share, taste or just eat the dish. Linen on the table, good Spanish wines are served. Always book in advance for lunch- and dinner time. We can highly recommend the kitchen, a true 5 star!

Hotel Cortijo Bravo has an excellent and chic restaurant. The hotel is part of a chain and a sister hotel of Hotel Vinuela. The restaurant offer a tasteful menu of many starters. The main menu offer a variety of choices of meat and fish, all beautiful served. You can eat inside and the terrace is covered.
