Fresh and elegant fruity, with slight notes of red fruits, and light mineral hints of the land where it has been grown. It is a robust wine, full of flavour. Compare it to a good Bordeaux without sulphite.
Fermentation with natural yeast from vinyard, natural fermentation without anything added, fermentation with ceramic tank. No preservatives or additives such as sulphite.

Palate: Fruity fresh and elegant, with hints of red fruit and a slight hint of minerals from the land which has been cultivated.
