Made from Verdiales / Hojablanca olives (50/50) with no additives, this EVOO boasts a robust, very fruity flavor with notes of green herbs, apple, freshly cut grass and almond. Upon tasting, the olive oil is dense and smooth. Barely filtered, it retains the flavor and color of the olives. A truly authentic oil, pressed to perfection. Its taste and aroma are reminiscent of freshly cut grass. Upon swallowing, you notice after 2 seconds the peppery flavor of the Verdiales olive. Its light golden-green color harmonizes beautifully with this oil. We are very pleased with it. Of course you can also use this oil for baking and roasting.
