This 500ml and the 1 liter plastic bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) from Casa Junius private collection is made from 100% natural biological olives. No additives have been added, straight from the tree into the bottle. It has a strong, fruity green flavor and a distinct aroma of fresh young olives early in the harvest season. You feel it when it tickles in your throat. 500ml is out of stock.
The oil makes it perfect for salads and marinades. This EVOO has a low acidity of less than 0.8%, and is cold-pressed. The filtering is light to preserve its natural flavor and nutrients. Therefore the oil is not clear and can show some depot after long standing.
Monttosa has pressed the olives in their olive-mill and added their own label as well. The finished product was bottled in clear plastic bottles, so you can see the green-yellow color. You enjoy the highest quality of the real Spanish olive oil.
