It has a strong, fruity flavor and a distinct aroma of fresh olives that make it perfect for salads and marinades. This EVOO has a low acidity of less than 0.8%, and is cold-pressed to preserve its natural flavor and nutrients.
Monttosa buys the olives direct from the farmers around their olive-mill and produces their own label. You enjoy the highest quality of Spanish EVOO. Monttosa does not offer biological olive oil.
