This 500ml blue design bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) from Monttosa in the Axarquia region in Malaga, Spain is made from 100% natural olives. It has a strong, fruity flavor and a distinct aroma of fresh olives that make it perfect for salads and marinades. This EVOO has a low acidity of less than 0.8%, and is cold-pressed to preserve its natural flavor and nutrients.
Monttosa buys the olives direct from the farmers around their olive-mill and produces their own label. You enjoy the highest quality of Spanish EVOO. Monttosa does not offer biological olive oil.
The very beautiful bottle has a pouring spout. This oil has an impressive fruitiness from the harvest months at the end of October (early harvest)
Intense green in color, it produces notes on the palate, which are consistent with the freshness of the green olive. The aroma is reminiscent of freshly cut grass, thyme and tomato.
